Here we have a Silvertone Tenor sax made by

Hammershimdt.

Silvertones are a rare sax. Number 01xx

polished brush brass finish no lacquer, pure naked brass.

Recently repadded in brown hard leather pads. 

regulated and set up ready to go.

There are lots of historic repairs and resolders.

 I.E.Right hand palm key has been made up and various posts

have been re soldered .

I have not had these repairs redone, they are good solid 

solders and are part of the history of this instrument.

Great sound. when you get over the age and history of the sax.

you will just love the big dark sound it produces.

all repaded and adjusted. ready to play.

All the saxophones  I sell are played and tested before selling.

And have been serviced by a professional tech.

Great care is taken when posting but due to age it may need some adjustment on arrival

 and time to adjust to temperature change. and  from time to time some general maintenance.
