Payments: We combine multiple purchases if you need an invoice before paying, please contact us. We ask that you pay for your items promptly so that we can process your order and get it to you quickly.

Shipping: Standard Shipping services are free for orders of $15 and over (Domestic and Worldwide). We do combine shipping on all multiple purchases.  You may choose to upgrade your shipping at your own cost.  All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will be notified when you order has shipped and will be provided with the tracking number.

Returns: Our goal is your satisfaction. We do accept returns. If you need to return and item for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will pay for return shipping only if you paid for shipping on your original order. All returns must be received within 30 days of you letting us know that you need to return or exchange an item. So you ultimately have approximately 44 days to return your item(s) and receive a refund or exchange (whichever you wish).
