We prefer to ship Priority Mail since the majority of what we sell are breakable items. Priority Mail is the safer way to ship as the package is delivered in 2-3 days and therefore not handled as much as a Parcel Post package, which could take 6 days or more. Parcel Post will be considered upon request and is an option on some listings. Packages weighing 13oz or less will be shipped First Class. International shipping will have the option of First Class International or Priority Mail International. Shipping will be discounted/combined on multiple purchases. Please allow us to invoice you on multiple items before paying.

Our main goal is customer satisfaction. We pack with great care using bubble wrap and peanuts. Items are described in the listing as thoroughly as possible, pointing out any and all defects. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions you might have. Also, when preparing the item for shipment, it is cleaned and reviewed again. If anything is found that was not included in the listing, you will be e-mailed immediately with the details and given the choice of accepting the item or not. We don't want or intend to mislead anyone.  We will accept returns if the item was misrepresented in the listing or the wrong item was mistakenly shipped. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns you may have once you've received the item and we will work on solving any problems. We want you to be pleased with your purchase!
