To best serve our customers, we offer a strict 1-day handling policy unless otherwise stated on the listing. Handling quotes are as follows:
MONDAY – SATURDAY (excluding USPS holidays): Orders will ship out same day if placed BEFORE 2pm EST. If placed after 2pm, order will ship out on the next business day.
SUNDAY & USPS HOLIDAYS: Orders placed on Sundays or USPS holidays will ship out the next business day.
International Shipping Policy:
We are located in South Florida and we offer domestic shipping anywhere in the United States. Shipping Materials:
Comics and Cards: We know that shipping comics and cards is risky business. That being said, we take special care to make sure that each and every comic and card we sell gets to our customers in the same condition we sent it in. All comics are shipped using the following packaging material from Gemini Comic Supply: http://www.geminicomicsupply.com/product/comic-flash-mailers/. Inside the package, each comic will be bagged and boarded and affixed between two large pieces of cardboard. On each edge of the cardboard there will be a tab of tape to pull to ensure safe opening. There will be a single piece of tape holding the comic in place on one piece of cardboard to avoid the comic sliding around during shipment. Please be cautious when removing the comic from the tape. For cards, the same safety precautions are used, but in more appropriately sized packaging.
Collectibles: All other items will be shipped using the best materials for that specific item.
Return Policy:
We take care to package and ship your comics and collectibles in the safest way possible. However, if you happen to receive your comics in a condition that is not reflected in the listing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the "Return" request and include images of the damage. We will be glad to assist you. **Return shipping costs are to be paid by customer.
