 Here is a rare vintage product Vintage Medicine Ripans Chocolate Coated Tabules tin/with box.  There is about 72 CHOCOLATE COATED RIPANS TABLUES in the  tin -- the price was 35 cents. Made by the Ripans Chemical Company New York. Ripans Tabules treated Dyspepsia, Biliousness, heartburn, Constipation, Dizziness. "The chocolate coated Pipans Tabules are flavored in this form for those who prefer a medicine with the taste disguised." This is a beautifully decorated tin! This is a great little tin with wonderful graphics and feels about full.. Tin is about 2" around 3/4' deep and is in great shape for its age..
