Intel Xeon E5462 SLANT @ LGA 775

The Intel Xeon E5462, developed under the codename Harpertown, is a server processor that is a quad-core model, resulting in a high multi-tasking potential. This Xeon 5000 series CPU operates at a stock clock speed of 2.80 GHz and a FSB of 1600 MHz.

Xeon processors are usually made from the best silicon, so you can typically achieve higher overclocks with them. LGA771 Xeon processors are very affordable and blow most consumer level LGA775 cpu's out of the water! You also must remember that these CPU's were meant for servers, which means they are binned higher than the consumer level or even the extreme edition LGA775 CPU's. Limited Warranty

 

CPUhz store, provides a 30-Day Return Window (see Return of Non-Defective Products below) and the following limited warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

 

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. CPUhz store, will offer no warranty service without this number.

 

CPUhz store warrants this CPU against defective conditions, during 6 months from the original reception date. During this period, CPUhz Store will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at CPUhz Store option, without charge to you. If the item doesn't exist in stock CPUhz Store will do a full refund over the price of the item.

 

Shipping fees incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 30-days will be paid by CPUhz Store. All shipping fees both to and from CPUhz Store following this 30-day period must be paid by the customer.

 

Except as provided below, CPUhz Store is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the CPU. Under no circumstances shall CPUhz Store be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the CPU.

 

Return of Non-Defective Products

 

A non-defective product may be returned to CPUhz Store within thirty (30) days of the reception date for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees. CPUhz Store will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the products return.
