LOST
& DELAYED ITEMS
Items are only classed as lost after the 15th working day by Royal Mail
except when Special Delivery Postage is used. We will not replace or
refund until the 15th working day under any circumstances.
For internationally posted items, these are only classed as missing
after 30 working days after due date, we will not refund or replace
until this time as it could still arrive.
We will supply posting verification after seven days if item has not
arrived on request.
Any items bought without tracked postage is done so at buyers risk.

We dispatch every weekday, if item is paid for before 12 midday it will
attempt to be dispatched that day.
Royal Mail First Class, sent on certificate of posting at buyers risk.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, with tracking number at buyers risk.
Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed next day delivery with tracking
number, fully insured for loss or damage.
Other Couriers - We use Hermes couriers for larger heavier items,
please provide a contact number for this service to help incase of any
problems.
OVERSEAS- If offered for sale overseas, prices vary according to weight
and value, which will be stated on the individual listings.
if not, please ask for prices for your country.
Normal airmail, sent on certificate of posting at buyers risk.
International signed-for or Airsure will be fully insured for loss or
damage.
All International orders must clear customs and the buyer is always
responsible for any duty and fees charged by their countries customs.
Please check ahead of time on what this costs for your country so there
are no surprises for you. We do not have any control over custom fees.
Please ask about combined postage, in most cases for multiple buys we
will discount the postage cost by 50 % after the first item.

receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when received,
