This baby boy comes with a belly plate. The belly plate is not attached. It does have some holes where you can tie it to the body, if you like. He has a baby diaper, a pacifier and will come with a onesie and matching hat. He'll also have a plush toy to hold. THE KNITTED DONALD DUCK OUTFIT AND TOY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PURCHASE. IT WAS USED AS A PROP ONLY, TO SHOW OFF HIS BELLY PLATE
