• ·         All of my items ship from a Cat & Dog friendly, Smoke FREE home. I inspect every item prior to listing and mention any defects I find. If I miss something - forgive me, it is not intentional.
• ·         All of my pre-owned items were loved by my own children
• ·         Most items have been washed using Charlie’s Laundry Soap and either air dried, or dried with wool dryer balls. If an item has stains I will specify how it has been dried and if I attempted to remove stains or not.
• ·         Payments are expected within 3 days (72 hours) of auction end / BIN purchases are expected to pay immediately
• ·         My handling time is 1 business day (24 hours) after payment is received.
