Panasonic Portable DVD Audio/Video Player DVD-LA95 with Remote (with battery installed), AC Adapter and AC Power Supply Cord, Built-in rechargeable battery, and Optional Battery Pack. The player has a 9-inch LCD screen. I tested the player and the remote over a period of several weeks and everything works fine (one thing to keep in mind with the remote is that you can't use it to turn the player on when you're going to operate the player on battery power) The remote will need a battery though. Cosmetically the metal parts of the player have some light surface scratches here and there from use, and the screen is in excellent condition. Comes from a smoke free home.

Upon shipping, the optional battery pack will be attached to the player (it fits to the underside of the player as shown in one of the photos below), and the AC power supply cord will be plugged into the AC adapter.
