Lot Of(10) Record Album 70-80's KISS, Led Zeppelin, RUSH, ZZ Top, CARS, BTO, Heart....All 12 lps have edge, ring, and surface wear. Most have HEAVY Water Damage.  Some may have a split seem. The LPs will grade from G to VG+ condition. KISS ALIVE is MISSING Side 1 & 2 and sides 3 & 4 have scratches across both sides as does LOVE GUN.. they would grade a GOOD...Eagles & Zeppelin are others which would grade GOOD with multiple marks.  The rest are VG to VG+.
