THE SHORT STORY:

I am a filmmaker and have been steadily working my way through the ranks for the last few years. Finally, after multiple starts and stops and more starts and stops that have gone on for years, I am in pre-production for my first feature film that I wrote. And will be starring in. We got the investors, we have a start date. It's finally going to happen this September.

This could be the big break, but we still have to make ends meet. Survive up to production, pay bills, keep going to cross that starting line. But there’s more.

This is for my wife. She has worked for years to support us. She went to a job she didn’t like for years so I could build the support structure to make this film. She sat at a desk for years so I could devote all my energy to getting this made. 

This is for her. Help me do this for her.

I am selling all my personal stuff. Childhood memories, favorite things, collectibles. Everything I thought was important to me. But nothing is more important than getting enough cash to get this project through and get my wife home. Give her the life she deserves. So she can work where and when she wants, so she can chase her dreams. Help me do this. For her.

Had a 4x4 SUV a bit back, but not for long. We got it used and even after checking it out, found the owner had not divulged a lot of damage. So it lasted less than year.
