Overseas P&P includes additional eBay and PayPal fees on postage and currency conversion fees charged by PayPal

Not all similar models are fitted with exactly the same parts.
Compatibility depend on the type of equipment fitted to INDIVIDUAL cars.

I have no way of knowing what parts are fitted to your car,
checking compatibility via VIN or reg number is unreliable
and often ends in heartache, frustration and unnecessary costs especially when postage costs are involved.
I have provided photos and part numbers for the buyer to compare with the old unit.
I will be happy to check compatibility if the buyer would send me similar information of the old unit.

Customs duties and other taxes may be payable, these charges are usually collected by the postal / courier companies
 and should not be confused with additional postal charges.
Please be aware that in some countries the receiver may be required to travel to the customs office to clear the item in person.
All taxes and customs related delays/requirements are beyond our control, please contact your customs department for more information before buying.
Estimated delivery times added by eBay are incorrect and are beyond our control.
These do not take into consideration postal delays due to weather, industrial action, holidays, customs delays etc.
Please disregard the method given on eBay for Standard/economy delivery, we would pick the cheapest available for the weight and 
the size after packing, this may not include tracking or proof of delivery, if you need such service please ask for a quote.
If you pay for UK standard delivery please don't ask for tracking number. 
Tracking service may be limited in some countries. ie. may only be tracked up to the point where it's handed over to the local postal service.

Some of our used car parts may have been in service for up to 60 years, some used parts may have been on the shelf for 
over 30 years after being removed from the car and may have been listed on eBay for 10 years. 
Although all our parts are stored in a dry, heated industrial warehouse with great care there is an extremely small risk of 
accidental damage or deterioration during storage. 
Parts are tested and checked before removing from the car where possible, and checked again visually for any damage before shipping.
Some electrical items eg. motors will be bench tested before dispatch.
If we find any such damage or if we suspect the condition has deteriorated in storage, we will email the buyer and issue a full refund. 
We will not ship a part that we know is faulty unless it's sold as faulty.  If once fitted there are any problems, please let us know first. 
Unfortunately these situations can arise with used parts but please understand all items are listed in good faith and 
not with the intention of obtaining money by deception.
If you are not capable of dealing with such a situation in a rational and a mature manner, please DO NOT BUY FROM US.  
A distinction should be made between buying a brand new part from the main dealer and buying a used part that may be up to 60 years old,
but we may be able to offer used or new old stock parts that may now be obsolete or at a fraction of the new price to keep your classic 
on the road or to help you with your restoration.   
In the extremely unlikely event of the part being faulty, incorrect, lost or broken in transit, please email us before leaving feedback 
or opening a case and we will try and resolve the issue.
We security mark all items to prevent fraudulent returns.
Once a case is opened, funds are immediately removed from our PayPal account and we will have no access to funds to issue refunds 
and we will be unable to deal with the case till the case is investigated by eBay. 
This can be a long and painful process with numerous emails to and fro and many hours of telephone calls to eBay and
can add weeks unnecessarily to the process.   
It is better to give a seller the chance to resolve any issues first, if that fails the buyer have the option to open a case.
We value customers and repeat purchases.

Terms and conditions 
* Sold strictly on the condition that the buyer can identify the part as correct for the car. 
* Return postage to be paid by the buyer on correctly supplied items and our postage cost will be deducted from any refunds. 
* We will not be held responsible for any postal delays or import taxes. 
* Please make sure the full and correct delivery address and contact number is made available to us, 
   if returned undelivered we will not pay for the second delivery attempt. 
   If an item is returned due to failed delivery, we will refund the value of the item excluding our delivery cost.
* Refunds exclude any labour or consequential costs.
* If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will refund in full (once we receive damaged items) but will not be able to replace.
    All items are discreetly marked before dispatched and any refunds would be subject to inspection on receipt of goods.
    Items that are damaged during incorrect fitting will not be refunded.
* Only the item as can be seen in the picture is supplied, absolutely NO other parts included.
