• Item will be sent when appropriate funds have cleared. 
• We will not refund postage on any item should it need returning to us, as we don’t get refunded from postal services. Postage rates are for UK Mainland. Please contact us for international shipping options.
• For Ireland, IOM, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, UK Islands & Overseas, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase.
• Once bought, please email or message your contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
• Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage caused in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as "DAMAGED". This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier, if this is not adhered to claims for damage against the courier cannot be made.

• All items come with a 1 month Warranty unless otherwise stated. All our parts are security marked & labeled; removal of these marks will invalidate your warranty.
• If the goods are supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty contact RBS PARTS within 48 hours, collection can then be arranged if a replacement is not available; a refund will be offered but cannot cover any labor charges.
• In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has been ordered in error, RBS PARTS must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the customers expense, delivery costs will not be refunded and a 20% handling charge will be applied.
