specimen/proof coins was not released, but typically there are less
than 10 examples known, with many being only 3-5 examples
known.

Information
I
accept PayPal. If you do
not have a PayPal account and wish to pay using another method,
please contact me. I cannot accept direct credit card payments
other than through PayPal.
PayPal payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing. The eBay
system will automatically open an Unpaid Item Case if payment is not
recorded by their system within 8 days of auction closing. Bidders who
wait to pay until after an Unpaid Item Case is opened will be blocked
from bidding on my future auctions.
Shipping
Address: I only
ship to the address listed in the PayPal payment. Please do not ask me
to ship to another address. If it's not the address listed in the
PayPal payment, then I will not ship to that address.
Please do not email me after the auction has ended, asking that I
cancel the sale because you: entered an incorrect bid amount; realized
you already had an example; realized you also live in California and I
charge sales tax; failed to read the S&H terms where I require
Registered/Express mail for certain shipments; stepped away from your
computer and your cat placed a
bid; etc. These requests will be ignored and I will let the eBay Unpaid
Item system deal with you.
Partial Refunds:
I do not
give
partial refunds on items purchased. If you are not happy with
an
item, feel free to return it, but I will not make a partial
refund so that you won't return the item. Asking for
a partial
refund is in very poor form and it will get you blocked from bidding in
my future auctions.
Slab
Scratches & Chips: Slabs
are fragile and can scratch and chip easily. If a slab arrives
chipped
and it was not mentioned in the auction or visible in the picture, you
may return it for a refund, but I will not
have it reholdered for
you or offer you a discount to keep it.
Customs
Duties:
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees,
duties, import taxes, etc.
