shipped out an average of 1 business day after purchase; many items ship out
faster.
Insurance
can be provided at additional cost. (Some
listings include free insurance)
Goods are
ALWAYS packed with utmost care. On rare
occasions, a DVD case/Game case may get cracked during shipment. I cannot offer replacement if a case is
cracked during shipment. I do guarantee
that the items I ship out are pure. Full
disclosure: occasionally I will create listings called *smashed case special*
that provide a discount on goods that I have received damaged.
Foreign
bidders:
Each of my listings now has an expanded list of countries that I am able to
ship to. There is even shipping
calculator so you can make an informed buying decision. Foreign bidders are not eligible to return
merchandise; thank you for understanding.
Payment Methods:
Paypal is
accepted from all bidders.
If payment will not be received within 3 days
of auctions end, bidder will need to contact me.
Unpaid item
cases are handled by an automated process.

only if you are willing to and have the ability to pay. Please be responsible with your eBay account.
Note to Collectors:
If you care about the plastic wrap/packaging
being perfect, you need to let me know before you place the order, and I will
be happy to help. Most people open the
games they buy and throw the packaging away, so as long as the item inside is
good, most people do not mind if there is, for example, a small tear in the
plastic wrap of a game. If the packaging
matters to you, please message me, so I will know.
Return
Policy:
* New Sealed Merchandise *
New merchandise is eligible for return within
14 days of the items delivery. Returns
are limited to merchandise that is still sealed. Returns are restricted to US buyers.
* Used merchandise *
Used Merchandise is always cleaned and tested
by me. I do not sell items that do not
work properly. If there is an issue with
an item, or if you believe I have provided an unreasonable description of a
used item, please contact me within 7 days of the item’s delivery. I will do my best to find a fair solution to
the problem.
