4 are "61 0070-4", one has ".90" written on the end on it.
New, old stock, unopened, comes in plastic box. The plastic box has been opened. There is a small chip on a hinge (see photos). The case also has wear, age, smears.
Has 2 tags on the front, one has on it "E522000 $3.00 EA" (see photos).
I do not know if they still work, or not. You probably know more than I do.
