Condition:  Pre-Owned VINTAGE, MODDED.  Consequently, the condition does cause the watch case to have some scratches on the back of the case and the 2 side of the watch case, that normally are  polished-are brushed. This is due to getting the scratches out so it looks better.  Otherwise, the condition is very good. As a vintage dive watch, it is NOT considered  suitable for diving.  So  if purchased it is NOT RECOMMENDEDfor under water use and the buyer will take on any and all responsibility for any damage to the watch is used under any depth of water and the seller is thereby not held responsible due to the disclaimer to all potential buyers.

Reason for sale:  cleaning out watches/straps not being worn any longer, to raise money for another dive watch, or due to financial difficulty It varies; but please understand that the quality is not reflected by the low price-only to help the watch sell faster and avoid long, drawn out negotiating.

My Feedback:  Please review my feedback, both as a seller and a buyer, as I am a long time dive watch collector with a substantial collection. A large collections allows for my watches/straps to be in better than most sellers condition, due to less time on my wrist (supported by my feedback), and collecting for such a long time (30+ years) provided me with a deeper understanding of more brands and types of dive watches.  This provides buyers with more of a variety to purchase than  many other sellers.  Bottom line, my watches are closer to new at pre-owned prices than most other eBay sellers; so check out my feedback to see how happy my buyers have been. :)

This vintage Seiko movement and case has been cleaned, buffed, and then refurbished prior to my purchase of the watch.  It was then water test on a 3ATM rated water testing apparatus and only good for use to swimming standards.  Because this is a vintage, modded Seiko it is NOT FOR USE for SCUBA Diving.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE IT FOR THIS, AS YOU WOULD BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  This Seiko was modded by a 3rd party, Dragonshroud Mods, located in the Philippines and selling out of Australia and the USA.
