Rotating Mill Vise Base for
UNIMAT SL1000 or DB200. This base will allow your UNIMAT vise to be rotated to
any angle. The base is engraved with angle measurements in 5°
increments all the way around. A witness mark is engraved on the
side of the rotating base that holds the vise. A locking plate underneath pulls the
rotating base down onto the base to lock it securely when the two hold-down
screws are tightened. The rotating vise base eliminates
clamping and un-clamping the vise to produce angles. The vise can be positioned
using the engraved protractor scale as a guide for setting the
angle. Rotating base
can also be used as a simple rotary table to drill or machine small, radially
symmetrically patterns. Mounted on Tilting Table, Rotating Table can be used to
cut compound angle. Base size is 3.50" X 3.0" X .50" thick. Made
