SKYLANDERS FIGURINES

All Skylander figurines are forwards compatible so SPYROS ADVENTURES will work on IMAGINATORS games and portals but not the other way round.  This is a list of the different series in their compatibility order:

figurines can be used on all platforms:-  Nintendo WII, PS3, PS4, WII U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Mac, 3DS, iPad, iPhone & Tablet.  One very slight exception to this rule is that Superchargers Donkey Kong and Bowser along with their vehicles will only work on Nintendo consoles.

We know that its important that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day or the next working day.

All orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday or on a bank/public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All games and portable consoles are sent via Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that whilst Royal Mail do deliver most items within a few days, they do not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days after the delivery due date. You will never be out of pocket if Royal Mail loose your item but we are restricted by these time frames.

Larger or heavier items such as home consoles are sent by Hermes and sometimes Collect+. Both Hermes and Collect+ will only open a claim for a lost item after the 5th Working day after being sent (7 Days for remote areas).

  RETURNS POLICY

Faulty Returns - In the unlikely event of faulty goods please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded if the fault is reported within 30 days of receipt of the item/s. Where applicable, standard/first class return postage charges will be refunded - any enhanced postage service charges will be payable by the buyer.

Non Faulty Returns - Non-Faulty items can be returned in their original state (within 30 days of receipt). All associated shipping charges will be fully payable by the buyer.

YOU MUST notify us within 14 days after you received the item that you wish return the item. The item will only be accepted if posted back within 30 days from when you received the item.
