You can ask for a return for a product you ordered on our website within 30 days from the purchase date. Here is the procedure you need to follow:

Contact us through the e-Bay message system with a request for a return and specify your order number. We also need to know your home address and, if you choose for a refund, a valid current account number.

Oliunìd will organize the return shipment of the products you intend to return at the address you specified. The shipment will be taken care of by GLS.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, Oliunìd will check that it is not damaged. If everything is right we will carry on with two options:

Total refund of the order (minus 40.00€ for the cost of the operation). Should the features of the goods not match what specified at the moment of the purchase, Oliunìd will be in charge of the extra cost.
Exchange of products (with an extra charge of 40.00€ for the shipments' costs). Should the features of the goods not match what specified at the moment of the purchase, Oliunìd will be in charge of the extra cost.
