Canada Shipping: All shipping to Canada will be shipped by UPS Ground, USPS PRIORITY MAIL or lightning quick 2-3 day UPS Expedited air delivery and brokerage will be prepaid, saving you a lot of money! Other International Shipping: All other international shipping will receive lightning quick 2-5 day UPS air delivery with a tracking number! All international customers outside the US and Canada should pay by PayPal only.
For International Customers only: Please be advised that for 120 Volt product, you will need a step-down transformer available. Car products will work without the transformer.
Overnight Shipping: Please refer to the shipping quote on bottom of the listing labeled "Overnight Flat Rate Shipping Service". There is no Saturday delivery, it takes 1 business day to arrive. Pay by 1:00 PM EST and we will ship same day.
2nd Day shipping: Please refer to the shipping quote on bottom of the listing labeled "Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service". There is no Saturday delivery, it takes 2 business days to arrive. Pay by 1:00 PM EST and we will ship same day.

Exchanges
You must e-mail us and receive return instructions if you receive a defective item. The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included. We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged or repaired (up to manufacture). Our warranty will not cover blown voice coils, or speakers with punctured surrounds. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, or by our warranty. No physical damage goods are warranted. DOA goods (physical) need to be claimed by shipping carrier.
Return for Refund
You must e-mail us and receive an RMA number, before returning. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund. Shipping costs are never refundable, Item must not be used, and must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, within 7 days of the time you receive the item. (Items sold with "free shipping promotions" will have the shipping cost deducted prior to the 15% restocking fee)
For all returns, customer is responsible to ship item back (unless it is VIP fault or error)
