DELIVERY

We use a combination of different delivery services to send out our individual customer orders. Small and medium sized parcels are sent out Via Royal Mails second class service and in some cases may require a signature upon delivery. Larger orders or parcels are usually sent via our DPD collection and delivery courier service which will arrive the next working day and will need to be signed for on receipt. Dependant on the size and weight of the item(s) we have the option to upgrade our standard Royal Mail second class service to a 1st class service for an additional £1 or if you need the order urgently you can opt to upgrade to our next working day express courier service for an additional £7.95.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives contact us immediately. Here at TrendyTronics we offer a hassle free 14 day returns policy, simply contact us and return the unwanted product in it's original condition to the return address on your invoice within 14 days of your receipt and we will issue a replacement or refund.

If returning a product for a refund, please include a note stating your name, address and sales record number which can be found on the customer invoice. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued to the Paypal account used to make the initial payment.

All of our brand new stock items come with a standard 1 year's manufacturer warranty against defects.
