Shower Cabins: Standard Shipping: £39.95 for all Steam Showers & hydro-Massage Showers to the UK mainland only. This can and does vary according to postcodes. For Scotland, Highlands and all outlying postcodes parts of Wales, South West England etc, a surcharge of £29.99 is required to cover the additional courier charges. Ireland and Isle of Wight/Man please call for quote. Apologies we cannot deliver to outlying islands unless an alternative mainland drop of point is supplied. Deliveries within the London congestion zone carry a surcharge of £19.99. Please call our UK depot for clarification before purchase if at all unsure.

Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 act you have a cooling period of 14 days after the goods have been delivered (Buy it now items only). If you do decide to reject your goods within this period, the package and contents must be in perfect condition; failing this we charge 5% of the invoice total for each box which is returned damaged. 48 hours is given to check your product for any damage upon delivery, if longer is required please inform at time of purchase. Always report any of the above before you build in any event, no claims will be entered in to after this period. No refunds or exchange given during or after build in view of the high risk of self-damage. Please call / message us to arrange the return of goods. No goods will be accepted at the company’s warehouse without prior consent. You are responsible for the cost of returning all goods safely to the warehouse and all refunds are carried out within 14 days of the product being returned, less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Returns due to our error / mistake / damage are made with postage paid to the customer. Returns made due to customer error are subject to customers own expense. On occasion the company will ask you to dispose of the item and return not necessary.
