Return & Exchange Policy:

All Body Jewelry products (Such as barbell ring, belly ring, nose ring, Microdermal/Anchors,  ear plugs, lip labrets... and such for sanitary reasons) sales are final due to sanitary reason no returns. Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement within 7 days of receipt. Require e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning(Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise back and will be reimbursed). Defective or damaged merchandise may be given as exchange or money back.

And other merchandise, If it is our mistake that we sent you a wrong item or an item not as described, we will take full responsibility to take the item back including the shipping. If the item is received damaged, please let us know or file a claim with the shipper and try to inform us with in 24 to 48 hrs. If you simply want to return the item because you do not like it, we have 14 days to take it back. You will have to pay for the return shipping, we will only provide the return address and the RMA. Also there will be no refund for the shipping and in case you bought an item with free shipping, then 15% of the total amount will be deducted.
