Our DC jacks are a direct replacement for the damaged socket in your device. There is no need to modify the socket or the motherboard in most cases. All sockets are fully ROHS compliant.

Get the perfect part:
Manufacturers sometimes use different DC/USB jacks even in the same model/range. Open the device and compare the part with images in our listings. Check the pin sizes, cable lengths, connector shapes and socket positions. If you are still unsure about the part then use the "contact seller" facility. Postage & packing costs will not be refunded for items purchased without performing the above checks.

Get it on time:
Over 99% of our items are delivered next day using Royal Mail First Class delivery.
Delayed items can take up to can take two weeks.

Delivery address:
Most delivery problems are caused by incorrect addresses. We only ship to the ebay registered address.
This will also be the address on the printed VAT invoice posted with the item.

* Free optional warranty: Free replacement item will be sent on receipt of UV security marked damaged part to the original buyer's  address. Warranty limited to physical damage of supplied item and EXCLUDES all other faults and consequential damage. Please leave feedback to auto-register the product for the free warranty. Please contact us for a RMA number and Paypal £1 per item for recorded delivery charge. Returned items should also be sent recorded delivery at buyers cost with return address details. Two year warranty applies to UK customers only.
