Piece is in lovely shape.

Wood has a few scuff marks to be expected with age. Wear can be seen when zooming in on pictures. Please be sure to view each picture.

Marble shows one small chip on outer edge, with scratches on top of surface visible when tilting marble in the light. Most of this is expected with age and normal use. Difficult to capture wear in photos due to marble surface, but please view all photos and feel free to ask questions Marble weighs over 11 lbs!

3 of the 4 legs have the tiny round wood insert that covers the screw holes.
