The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. For shipping to Canada, PR, Guam, USVI, American Samoa, Alaska & Hawaii please contact us for a shipping quote. Some items are not available to all areas. After receiving payment, item is shipped via UPS or FedEx at our discretion within 1-2 business days. For ground shipping please allow item/items 2-7 business days. Sorry, no shipments to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Return authorization number required! Please contact us for a return authorization # and return address. Items that are initially defective within 14 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (including insurance at full value) and we pay for the shipping of the replacement. There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. During Nov-Dec returns are extended to 14 days after Christmas. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable).
