Very light weight aluminum frame.  Has been stored in my garage for a while so is a little dusty.  Fabric seat has some light soiling and a couple of rust stains. Also, a small area with a few fray holes as shown in pictures. One of the buckles has some surface rust.  Seat comes off for washing.  Made by Gerico Manufacturing of Denver, Colorado.
