HiLoPlace determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order - domestic or international. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receiving order via USPS, UPS or FEDEX, unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Return

HiLoPlace will issue full refund for new, unopened item(s) returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned products.

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return defective item for same. None-defective items that are opened may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee. All components, materials, and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer.

HiLoPlace will not accept returns after 30 days from date of delivery. Defective items are covered under the particular manufacturer's warranty and we request that you please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of defective products.
