At only 5" tall, 0.5kg in weight and with a 3.5" circular base this well built fully portable indoor and outdoor free-view TV and DAB digital Aerial Ariel Arial is completely universal. Unlike those ugly extendable so called active aerials, this Necvox NV 536 portable TV & DAB antenna is a passive (non powered) plug and play Omani-directional DAB, digital, UHF and VHF TV aerial. As an Omani-directional TV & DAB antenna and with a 5 meter extension cable, it will pick up the majority of TV & Radio channels without the need to keep moving it around. Please Note: For the antenna to work at it's best it should be situated on a metal panel (Ground Plane) this can be anything from a biscuit tin lid to the roof of your car/van. If you intend to mount on a fibre glass panel you may want to consider installing a ground plane to the surface below the antenna, we have aluminum ground plane tape that may help, please get in touch if you require some. Delivery Information Most small items are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and bigger items are sent via CityLink Nextday  Most items offered with free postage tend to be items we can send via Mail however there will be the odd thing like clearance goods that will be sent via Citylink free of charge. Please Note: We do NOT ship overseas, although in some cases we will (Please contact us to discuss this). Tracking Numbers can be supplied in most cases, please call or email us to obtain this tracking number. Tracking numbers cannot be supplied until the next working day after dispatch. If your payment clears before 2pm we will send your item out that day, if it clears later it may be sent out the next again day (In some instances purchased items get shipped out up to 4pm however as a guide we say 2pm) Payment Information
Payments should be made within 7 days after end of item. If payment is not made with 10 days of end of item a Non-Paying buyer dispute will be started, If you are having problems paying please email or call us. Returns Information  New items come with the usual Manufacturers warranty If the item you receive is not satisfactory or you have changed your mind, please let us know and we will organize a RAN (see below) in some cases we reserve the right not to refund our original postage cost (usually around £4), we will inform you if this is the case before you return the item) If you have an item you would like to return, please call us on 0845 166 7109 to obtain a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). When sending your item back you must display the RAN clearly on the external packaging and include a note with the reason for return.
