I expect payment within 3 days of you purchasing our items.

Only serious bidders are welcome in my store. i will not accept you as a customer again if you
just walk away after bidding without any explanation.

If you do not pay within 3 days, I will report any non payers and open
an "unpaid item dispute" for any and all non payers which can end in a strike against your
ebay account.

COMMUNICATION is the key. As long as you communicate with me, we are easy to work with. I will not file disputes as long as you are communicating with me. However I will only hold your items for 3 days max.

I have the right to relist any items 72 hours after your purchase, if we have not received cleared payment.










 
I will ship your orders out within one business day in most cases, no more than 3 business days. You will receive proof on the post office stamp what day it has been shipped off, however it will be out of our control once we post them.

I will let you know the approximate shipping time which is provided by the post office but this time may vary depending on delays due to customs. I am not responsible for this.

PLEASE DO NOT leave me low ratings on shipping and handling criteria without contacing us
first as we try our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

I always offer combined shipping. I will never over charge for postage. I only charge what the post office charges me.






 

 
I will accept exchanges for different sizes, however we normally only carry one piece for each size.
I do list the measuremtns of each size in my auctions. Please make sure the size is correct before
placing your order. The other size may not be available at the time you need to exchange it.

All my items are from Asia therefore, the sizes are different there than North American or Europe. You will see "5,7,9,11,13" or "90,100,110,120,130" on the labels of the clothes. These numbers are NOT representing the age. For example: You order a size 3 T, the label might read "5". This does Not mean you received a 5T.

I do not perfer to accept refunds unless there was a mistake made by me. Refunds will create a lot of
extra work for both of us. So please ask as many questions as you can before you purchase. However, if you insist we will make a return depending on the case. For returns, we do charge a $3 restocking fee as well as we do NOT refund postage to you for the original shipping price, and the postage spent sending it back to me unless there was a mistake made my me. I will charge you the full original postage too if you r disqualified for my free shipping promotion after refunding.
