New and exciting innovative products are just a click away! We are based in Derbyshire and all our stock is held on site for quick dispatch. We post items Monday to Fridays only.
Payment
Payment must be received within 7 days. To ensure your purchase is protected by the eBay Protection Scheme it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal/ eBay address If there is a problem with payment, please contact us via eBay messages as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders made before 1.30pm Monday to Friday are, in most cases, despatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Please allow 10 working days for delivery, (15 days for international), before contacting us. Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.

If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached.
