Items are sent within 5 working days of purchase. The following services are not guaranteed in any timescale only Special Delivery is a guaranteed service, these are the estimated Royal Mail lead times –

• 1st class Standard 1-3 working days

• Royal Mail Tracked 1-3 working days (tracked on delivery)
• Special Delivery Guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the day after being sent (fully tracked and requires signature on delivery)

Returns:-

If your item has a fault then please notify us immediately, once notified we will email a return form which must be included with the returned product, buyer is responsible for the return postage.

If the item is being returned due to a change of mind and is not faulty then upon return this will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, remember that it costs us to sell to you on eBay so we cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred due to your mistake. The product and packaging must be must be returned in the same condition they were sent otherwise they may be rejected as not resalable.
