Domestic Shipping 
 
 Expedited Shipping is free for all orders within Canada. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
Orders over $250 total will require a signature. 
 
 Domestic Shipping times 
 
 Canadian orders can take between three to five business days to be processed.
If you require your order by a certain date please let us know before placing the order. 
 
 United States Shipping 
 
 Shipping is free for all orders within continental United States. 
 
 Most of our items will be shipped directly from our United States warehouse to our US customers; occasionally it will be shipped from Canada. 
 
 International Shipping 
 
 We ship internationally to most countries.
We do not ship to Russia or Asia.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy 
 
 All sales are final. Please do not place your order until you are certain of your purchase. 
 
 If your item appears defective upon receipt please email us within three days of receiving your order and provide us with the details. 
 
 'Buyers Regret' - If a buyer insists on a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, never worn, returned in the box with the original tags still in place. 
 
 The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 
 
 Warranty 
 
 We are able to offer our customers discounted prices as we are not authorized dealers and are not restricted by the manufacturer guidelines, however that means that we are unable to supply the manufacturer warranty. 
 
 We offer a 60 day warranty on all our items. This warranty covers only manufacturer defects such as the watch gaining or losing time. 
 
 For any watches over $1,000 we offer an extended warranty of one year. 
 
 This warranty does not cover any external or physical damage to the product, damage that occurs from the product being serviced by a 3rd party or water damage.
