How long will you ship my item(s)?

We will ship your item(s) within same business day if paid before 19:00 PDT (excludes weekend and holidays) .

How long will my order take to be delivered? Which type of post for delivery?

We will use ePacket with tracking number to ship all item(s) to U.S. customer.

For other countries, we only use post office for delivery. If you are time sensitive, please upgrade to speedpost (an extra service charge applies, depending on the weight of the items).

We only ship to the approved address given in Paypal payment.
Please kindly do ensure that the approved address given in PayPal is completely correct.  If your parcel returned by unclaimed or wrong address, what can I do?

1. I want the parcel again.
You will be charged the actual shipping cost even the item is free shipping.

2. I want a refund.
We also offer issue a partial refund (Total amount - actual shipping fee= refund).

Will I pay any taxes?

If your local custom is charging you tax or import duties, we are sorry that this will not be a part of our responsibility. You could check with your local custom office to see the extra costs before you bid.

Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communications:

Can I change my order?

No, once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend it.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, you can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address. We only ship to the approved address given in Paypal payment.

Can I cancel my order?

No you can't cancel your order. Once you have received your item, you will have to return the unwanted item(s) in accordance with our returns policy. Please see 'returns and refunds' section.

How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, please contact PayPal's Customer Support Line on 0870 123 456.

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately.

How long do I have to pay?

Please pay for your orders within 5 days. We will keep orders open for a total of 10 days but, if you haven't completed payment within 5, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI). You will then have a further 5 days to pay, at the end of which, we will cancel the sale and restock the item.

Returns

It is in original undamaged packaging with all tags intact

The product is in the same condition as how you received it (buyer is responsible for return shipping postage to Hong Kong)

Refunds or exchange

If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us and send us the photos, we shall refund you in full or exchange.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

At the time of the listings all items are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order. This may occur at busy periods when a lot of people are purchasing the same items. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the issue. We will aim to offer you an appropriate alternative, however if this is not suitable we will then offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund should be available in your PayPal account within 1 business day of your return being processed. If you haven't received your refund within that time, please kindly contact us via eBay message.
