If you are a UK customer you may return any item, unless it is in one of the categories listed below, in its original packaging and condition, providing you advise us in writing of your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt.
We will refund the cost of your item and delivery charges, where the whole order is returned, on receipt of the item. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs if they do not use a returns label. Please call (01788) 890966 or by email customers@milloutlets.co.uk to obtain a Returns Number and postage label if you are a UK customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return of any rug they decide to return within the 7 day period.
In the event that you have to return an item as faulty please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk to obtain a Returns Number and postage label if you are a UK customer. You will be reimbursed all initial purchase costs and your reasonable return postage costs (if you arrange return yourself) up to a maximum of what you were charged for delivery, upon receipt of the item by us.
When returning items please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on footwear for any reason beyond 3 months of purchase date.
Customers outside the UK please contact customer services at customers@milloutlets.co.uk if any item is received faulty or damaged.
Please note we are able to offer a returns policy for customers outside the UK but the customer is responsible for the costs of returning items. We will refund your original transaction costs including our delivery charges.
