* Shipping
All item will be shipping out by International EXPRESS such as Fedex, DHL: The goods should arrive in 4-10 business days from departure.

14 days return policy

Due to this electronic product special features,Quality problem please report us within 24 hours after you receive this item. Please do a test once you got this package.

Please contact me first if you are not familiar with the Karaoke machine. The refund warranty is only for faulty of the item by Manufacturer. It is not refundable if you don't know how to use it and not refundable if you donot like the songs. We cannot accept return base on personal expectation nor not being familiar with this technology. If you have questions, please ask before commit to purchase.

We will refund you for items returned within 14 days of you receiving them, for any reason.  A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition. You may be charged import duties/taxes by China Custom. (in most case, no need pay import taxes/duties if remarks "gift" )   We will refund or resend the new replacement only subject to the receipt of the return.    Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging and bear one side shipping cost when return to the seller  .
