The e-Level(tm) Electronic Leveling System is the heart of any AccuAir suspension package and provides unparalleled technology and features. This second generation controller allows you to save three unique vehicle positions into memory based on True Position Based Height Sensors installed in each corner of your suspension. These three heights are then instantly accessible by the touch of a button. While parked or driving the system will utilize its Ride Monitor ModeTM to maintain the vehicle height while loading or unloading passengers and cargo or when road conditions change while driving. Since its release, the e-Level™ Controller has become the industry favorite for accuracy, reliability, and ease-of-use. It offers the ability to save three unique heights into memory at the touch of a button using TruPosition™ height sensors installed in each corner of your suspension. The key to this technology is its RideMonitor™ Mode; while parked or driving, the system will maintain the vehicle height when loading or unloading passengers or when road conditions change. All of this automatic intelligence is unnoticed by the driver, providing improved ride quality and handling characteristics for any vehicle with Air Suspension. Each system calibrates to the vehicle upon installation and then learns how your Air Suspension behaves over time. This flexibility allows the e-Level™Controller to be used on ANY vehicle and requires NO user tuning.
THREE PROGRAMMABLE HEIGHTS LOWERED / RIDE HEIGHT / RAISED, PLUS ALL DOWN
For the ultimate in form and function, the intuitive TouchPad™ is the top of the line interface option. Handheld or mountable, the TouchPad™ is available in black-anodize or nickel-plated aluminum and gives full manual control of each air spring individually as well as front and rear air spring control in “pairs”. Saving and accessing your three preset heights is only a touch away and a clean yellow glowing ring around each button clearly indicates the current vehicle height. The “All-Down” button fully deflates the vehicle for parking. Every button offers a “crisp” tactile feel and is backlit with crystal white LED’s for clear daytime and nighttime operation. A 20 ft mini-USB cable provides communication to the ECU and plugs into the TouchPad™ in either the bottom or the back.
RIDEMONITOR MODE ADJUSTS AS NEEDE WHILE DRIVING OR PARKED
AccuAir's e-Level™ Controller with RideMonitor™ Mode is the result of 3 years of development and testing. The proprietary RideMonitor™ Mode will constantly monitor the height of all 4-corners of the vehicle. While parked, if it determines that any corner of the vehicle is outside of a given tolerance (high or low) for more than 5 seconds, it will provide a precision correction to get the corner (or corners) back to the target height. While driving, the vehicle must be out of tolerance for more than 45 seconds before a correction will be made. Extensive algorithms are embedded to avoid unnecessary corrections while driving by detecting transient driving scenarios like stopping, turning, and accelerating. All of this results in a vehicle that is always within height specification which results in improved ride quality, consistent tire wear, and consistent handling characteristics.
TRUPOSITION HEIGHT SENSORS PROVIDE ACCURATE LEVELING
The e-Level™ Controller uses TruPosition™ height sensors and will provide adjustment accuracies of better than 1/8” at the wheels as well as compensate for changing vehicle loads by adding the amount of air necessary to obtain the target vehicle height.
