(1) NETWORK COMPATIBILITY: Please make sure that your network carrier supports this phones frequencies as listed here.

(2) DEFECT/REPLACEMENT/WARRANTY: Any defect will qualify for replacement, *only* if identified and reported within 14 days of delivery.

(3) SHIPPING/TRACKING: We have a stellar history of shipping very fast. However, eBay estimated delivery can sometimes be incorrect. If you have a deadline, please contact us to make sure that it can be met.

(4) PAYMENT: Please note that we CANNOT ship an item if PayPal does not clear your payment for any reason. We may be required to obtian valid proof of address from you in some cases.

(5) FRAUD: All unauthorized payments are reported to FBI. No Exceptions. We take fraudulents payment activities very seriously, and we work very closely with local law enforcement agencies around the nation to deal with these.

(6) ADDRESS CHANGE: We can only ship to the address specificed in the original order. If this address is incorrect, you will need to cancel the order and re-purchase with correct address. Otherwise changing addresses for an order is not possible.

(7) FAKE PHONES / CLONES: We only sell original phones. If for any reason you have any doubt, we recommend that you do not purchase the phone.

(8) SEAL: Latin stock Samsung phones, Asian stock Sony phones, and most HTC phones do NOT come with a 'seal'. It is just a decision of the manufacturer to not put seal on certain stock. This does not really mean anything. Some have seal on the box, some do not. The phones are all new, irrespective of this.

(9) PHONE LANGUAGE: Unlocked International Imports may be set to a different Language. You can usually select English language at startup, otherwise from settings. A Google search will yield many results with instructional videos.

(10) INVOICE: Invoice can be printed for all orders from the eBay purchase history. Unfortunately, we are not setup to generate a PDF invoice.

(11) TRACKING NUMBER: For all orders, a tracking number will be made available. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in FedEx/UPS/USPS system.

(12) WEEKEND: We're closed on Saturday and Sunday. We periodically check emails, but may not be able to reply back until Monday.

All our items for sale are protected under 14 days return policy under the following conditions.

(1) Refunds and exchanges may ONLY be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

(2) Any item that comes "dead on Arrival" (DOA) or shows any manufacturer defects within 14 days will be replaced with a new unit. If however a refund instead of a replacement is desired, restocking fee of 15% will applied.

(3) Once you have contacted us, item must be returned within 7 days, and must include all accessories in new condition original packaging without any damages or scratches.

(4) Any item that is returned non-defective in new condition will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Even when a free shipping is offered, we still need to pay for shipping, and in case of returns original shipping & handling charges paid by us will be deducted.

You should be certain that the item you are purchasing will fit your needs before placing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.

Unlocked phones do not usually come with warranty. Some manufacturers are different from others. So it is better to assume none. If an item arrive defective or shows issue within the first 14 days, we replace it with new unit. We recommend protecting your purchase with external warranty from SquareTrade, GeekSquad or CPS.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility (include Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan Caribbean's and all US Protectorates and insular areas). Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and the package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus shipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer will get partly refund). If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.

We cannot under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

For some countries we also use eBay's Global Shipping Program. Under these program, import duties are collected by eBay during checkout. We deliver to their USA warehouse and they take it from there. We ship only to the valid address on file with PayPal.

For security reasons, we are unable to alter the address or redirect the package after payment has been made.

We ship our items using either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground depending on the weight.

We use Fedex for 2nd Day $14.99.

We use Fedex for Overnight $32.99.
