*Replacing the elastic joints that hold together your doll is a process called “restringing.” To test to see if your doll needs to be restrung, place her on her back and tilt the limbs up at a 45° angle. If the limbs slide back to the floor then the elastic has stretched out and needs to be restrung.

Kit Specifications

The manufacturer, make, and color of all of the materials in this kit varies by availability and market price. You may receive a straight metal clamp instead of a curved one, or black and white webbed elastic cord instead of just white, for example.

Returns | Sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a standard 14-day return policy. Items sent back to us for any reason other than a valid “Item Not As Described” claim fall into this category. Buyer must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging (hair nets, dust bags), with a RAN. You are responsible for getting the item back to us within the return time period – this includes return shipping costs. We are a small business, so we have to charge a 15% restocking fee to recoup some of the original shipping costs and materials. Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 1 business day once the item has been received and verified.
