Definition of Book Grades

Very Fine (VF):   A perfect copy in the same condition in which it was published. 

Fine (F):   A copy that has no significant defects or faults but may not have the pristine crispness of a VF copy. It may have a reading spine crease or a name or a very minor issue which will be noted in the description. Overall it is a very nice copy.

Note:  From here on there may be + or – in a grade which means that it is above the grade noted but not quite to the next higher grade for + and that it is below the grade noted but not quite to the next lower grade for - .

Near Fine (NF):   A book that has minor defects or faults or light wear. This can include things such as page tanning, reading creases, spine slants, cover creases & shelf wear to cover edges, names.

Very Good (VG):   A copy that has been handled and shows signs of wear. The wear can range from moderate to heavy but the book is still sound.  These books are still great reading copies. I will try to note any significant issues in the description.

Good (G):   An extremely worn book.  All pages are present. The book is still readable.

I don't sell books with loose or missing pages.
