Return Policy - In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean and in resalable condition. To receive a refund all return requests must be initiated by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free)! A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the return package. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Returns without an RMA will result in your credit for that order being delayed or denied. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include: opened solar and winter covers, custom safety covers, pool liners, robotic pool cleaners, drop ship items (items not stocked), pool or spa chemicals and swimming pools.

Damaged/Defective Orders - Occasionally, an order may be received damaged in transit or may be defective in nature. If this should occur, please report the incidence to a Customer Care Representative at 1-8-SPLASH-881 (Toll Free!) within 24 hours. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the damaged/defective goods. Once the returned order is inspected and deemed damaged or defective a replacement will be sent out immediately.

Cancelled Orders - We will gladly cancel any orders that have not already been shipped. In the event the order has shipped, the customer would be responsible for shipping back. Custom Orders (orders made exclusively for the purchaser) may be cancelled as long as the manufacturer has not begun production on that order and drop ship orders (orders shipped directly from the supplier) may be cancelled provided that the order has not left the supplier's warehouse.
