Please email us as soon as possible to begin the process. Refund and replacement requests are only Accepted

package for damage upon arrival. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the

If there is a problem with the item, please double-check that the item is not working and contact us as soon
as possible. Describe the problem in detail and send us some pictures of the problem for confirmation. We will
then provide you with a return shipping address All returns that are not due to a seller error are subject to
a 15% re-stocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping fees.
ALL items MUST BE returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included. If these
conditions are not met, please note that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded and missing accessories
will be deducted as well. We check all returns for intentional sabotage and will not grant refunds on such returns.
