Shipping
· We offer same day shipping on any item purchased before 3 P.M. PST.
· We offer first class shipping except when the item weighs more than one pound or sells for more than $60, in which case we will use priority mail. (Applies to domestic orders only).
· We reserve the right to ship USPS or UPS with Signature Required for any order over $150
· We will combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. Please email us when you finish your purchase.
· We ship your merchandise immediately and it should reach you in 2-5 days. However, there are occasionally delays at the post office that are beyond our control. Please check the tracking number to see the delivery status and do not hold it against us if there is a delay due to the post office.
International Shipping: We use the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges. These are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
- We advise the buyer to check with their country’s customs office before bidding or making any purchase.
Buying as a gift: If you want a Coach item sent directly to your address, we will include (upon request) the Coach box and tissue paper at no extra cost. However, if you want it sent to the recipient's address, we will wrap the item in the paper and ship it in the Coach box.
For all other brands, we will gift wrap the item without a box.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the item, feel free to return it. Even if the color or size is not what you want, you can return it with no questions asked. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returned items must be received within 14 days after you receive them. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Tags must be intact and not have been removed. We do not refund shipping costs. If items are sold with free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay the cost of return shipping.
Payment
We only accept PayPal.
All payments are to be made within 48 hours of the end of the auction. If payment is not received in 48 hours, the sale will be cancelled.
Attention Nevada customers: We add 8.1% Nevada sales tax.
