Faulty items must be returned within the specified time given in each listing. They must be unused and in original condition & packaging; otherwise they will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
We will return send the replaced goods at no charge to the buyer.
If we are not able to exchange for the same model, a free upgrade will be provided to the buyer with their consent or a full refund will be given.
