Shipping Method
1. Items will be dispatched 1-2 business days after receipt of full payment. We only ship to confirmed PayPal address. Your PayPal address must match your eBay shipping address. We do not ship to the third country.
2. Please refer the following Estimated shipping time, it may take longer time for far and remote areas, or at some festivals. For some countries, such as Russian, South American countries, it maybe take extra days to arrive.
3. Item transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season. And sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. This is out of our control.
4. If you have not received your item within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track and help you solve problem, or resend, or refund...etc. Thank you for your understanding.

Return & Warranty Policy:
All items in our shop come with 12 months warranty and 30 days money back service. If your items arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) or is defective (NOT due to misuse), Please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange exchange/repair/return for the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make an exchange or refund in 30 days. For any exchange or refund, we need the item must be in its original condition, including the box and all the accessories, and returning shipping cost depends on the detailed problem.
Please contact us before you return the item, we will offer you a return number and address to send back. The return reference number and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging. Otherwise, we are unable to deal with your return item.
We will refund you upon the receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, and after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction on eBay.
