What type of payment methods do you accept?
We prefer Paypal as a payment method.
Do you have more than the amount listed for a certain item?
Yes. If you need more of a specific item than you see listed please contact us using the Ask Seller a Question link.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. We offer discounted shipping rates for most items we list on eBay.
How long does it take for an item to ship after I have paid for the item?
Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase (not counting weekends and holidays). Special order and out of stock items will typically be shipped within 7 - 14 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
What is a Special Order item? How long does it take to ship it?
Certain items like Special Editions or Limited Editions are not stocked in every nib size etc. and must be ordered fom the distributor. Such items typically ship within 7 to 14 business days but may be sonner. If your needs are date specific please contact us to make arrangements.
What type of shipping methods do you use for US and International shipments?
We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic (within US) orders. International orders are typically shipped by US Postal Service.
How long does it take for an item to arrive after shipping?
Most domestic shipments take
2 to 6 days to arrive with standard shipping. Expedited shipping methods are also offered. International packages typically take 5 - 15 days to arrive. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee International shipment delivery times due to customs and border control delays.
Do you charge sales tax on my order?
We charge 7% sales tax for orders shipped to New Jersey.
Do you have a location for local pickup?
We may be able to accomodate local pickup for certain items only. Please contact us before ordering for details.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. we accept returns within 14 days as long as the item is returned in the original condition including all packaging, documentation etc. Please do not rip or write on the item's branded packaging. We inspect all returned items for authenticity and condition. All refunds are based on final inspection. Items shipped with Free Shipping special rates will be subject to deduction of actual shipping cost. Buyer pays any return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Do you charge restocking fees on returned items?
Typically we do not charge a restocking fee except for Special Order items. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
