This is a vintage sealed bottle of Chanel No 5 perfume by Chanel. It stands 2.5" tall and is full to the level shown, probably due to evaporation since this has never been opened. There is no indication of volume but I'm pretty sure this is the 1/2 ounce size. This is one of the older bottles of Chanel No 5 because the stopper is more delicate than the later, thicker, chunkier stoppers made more recently. This has a beautiful crystal clear ground glass stopper with faceted edges that make it look like a jewel and there is a black cord still tied around the neck and around the stopper. The label is white with black lettering and reads: No 5 Chanel. The base of the bottle has raised glass lettering that reads: Chanel, Bottle Made in France, and some tiny lettering that looks like 30 R. Bottle has no chips or cracks; I see two tiny fleabites on the stopper, each about the size of the pointy tip of a pin, barely even noticeable.
