This LED bulb is the brightest LED bulb currently available for the 2 AAA Mini Maglite. The LED upgrade produces a white focussed beam from the Philips 1/2 Watt LED upgrade. We do have other models available with a choice of the Philips or Chinese SMD LED fitted but they have a less focussed beam and do not have a solid spot beam in the 2 AAA Mini Maglite 


The TTS-2 AAA features:-

  • Utilises the premium performance 60 lumen 1/2 Watt Philips LED (the brightest and whitest LED available )

  • The brightest LED bulb on the market for 2 AAA Mini Maglites  (it also fits the 2AA cell Mini Maglite)

  • Consistent brightness and colour regardless of battery condition

  • Does not fade significantly when hot

  • Electronic regulation for rock steady light output

  • Never burns out - an incredible 50,000 hour life expectancy (6 years of constant use!)

  • Shock-resistant, much more durable than the incandescent bulb

  • Produces pure white light even when the batteries are low

  • Longer battery life results from the circuit built into the unit which completely utilizes the power from the batteries, whilst maintaining constant light output.

  • Extends runtime of batteries by a factor of 3 with approximately a 5 hour runtime

  • Easy fitment, just a straight exchange for the original bulb

  • The light produced will only dim near the end of the batteries' lifetime. It only gradually fades, not a sudden drop out of light

  • The LED bulb is packed in a paddede re-usable plastic for safe shipping
